It is capable of Transmission and Reflectance Measurements.

The Numerical Aperture of the objectives is 0.5.

The working distance is 47 mm.

While the picture to the left does not show it, the microscope is housed in a purged box.

While this Microscope was design primarily with High-Pressure measurements using Diamond Anvil Cell, other microscopy experiments are also possible.
